Every ASCEND Athletics item is made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they ship.

After production is complete, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Because every item is made specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Contact us immediately if you need changes; we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Youth XS, Youth Small, Youth Medium, Youth Large, Youth XL, Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult XL, and Adult 2XL. Availability may vary by product.

Our apparel features a comfortable athletic fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

We use premium-quality garments selected for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.

Our apparel is printed using high-quality printing methods designed for long-lasting color and durability when proper care instructions are followed.

Machine wash cold, wash inside out, use mild detergent, do not bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the printed design.

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can work toward a resolution.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods available through Shopify.

Champion of the Month recognizes kids who demonstrate hard work, perseverance, leadership, kindness, and achievement in sports, academics, music, robotics, debate, community service, or everyday life.

Anyone can nominate a deserving child, including parents, coaches, teachers, family members, friends—or kids may nominate themselves.
