Shipping Information

Every ASCEND Athletics item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, please allow time for both order processing and shipping.

Order Processing

Most orders are prepared within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, products ordered, quantity, and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include production and shipping time and are estimates, not guarantees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Contact hello@ascendathleticbrand.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

International Shipping

Yes! We proudly ship to customers in many countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact hello@ascendathleticbrand.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Once verified, we'll provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Size & Fit

Please review the size chart before ordering. We cannot guarantee exchanges when the correct size ordered was produced and delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or modification. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
